Shea Daignault Shulman, LMT, CLT

Shea is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist specializing in Medical Massage. With hundreds of hours of continuing education, including certification in Orthopaedic Massage and Testing, she has had continued success helping people with injuries and chronic pathologies reduce or eliminate pain. In her practice, she uses modalities such as Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Connective Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, various stretching techniques, Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage. Every session is specifically tailored towards each client's needs, as well as their in-office plan of care and suggestions for self-care at home. Her goal is to provide the most effecient route to relief in order to save her cleints time, money and discomfort during their course of therapy.
Shea has received training under world renowned instructors including Aaron Mattes (Active Isolated Stretching), Erik Dalton (Myoskeletal Alignment Technique), Whitney Lowe (Orthopaedic Massage), Art Riggs (Advanced Deep Tissue Massage), Tom Myers (Myofascial Release) and Dr. Ross Turchinanov (Medical Massage). She received her certification in Complete Decongestive Therapy for Lymphedema through the rigorous 135 hour program through ACOLS.
A Florida native, Shea makes her home in Sarasota with her husband and three sons. She is passionate about improving the lives of others and is dedicated to continuing her education to become a better resource and therapist for her clients.
Nancy Strand, LMT, MLDC, CEIM, CRT Practitioner

Nancy is a graduate of Manatee Technical Institute's Massage Therapy Program and has also earned a B.A. in Physical Education. In addition, she is Manual Lymph Drainage Certified (MLDC), a Bellanina Facelift Massage Specialist, a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM), and a CRT Practitioner (Cranial Release Technique). She is also trained in Medical Massage having studied under Dr. Ross Turchaninov, and is committed to continuing education.
Nancy's previous experience includes working as a Physical Education teacher and a Physical Therapy Assistant in pool therapy. Nancy is a proud member of the Florida Massage Therapy Association and an ABMP Certified Therapist (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals).
Nancy believes strongly that a relaxing, focused Swedish Massage session is very therapeutic, but she is also trained in Neuromuscular Techniques, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue work, Trigger Point Therapy, Cranial Release Technique, and Manual Lymph Drainage therapy. About 50% of her clients are regulars who believe in the health benefits of a relaxing therapeutic massage and the other 50% need more specialized work of Medical Massage or a combination of other modalities. She is committed to tayloring each session towards the client's goals and loves to educate her clients about the amazing human body!
Nancy is originally from the Philadelphia area but has lived in the Sarasota/Bradenton area for over 30 years after moving here from Indiana. She believes strongly in the importance of massage for better health and loves the opportunity to help her clients live a healthier life.
Allison Sieloff, LMT

Allie is a true Florida native, born and raised in Bradenton! She graduated from Lakewood Ranch High School and the Manatee Technical Institute accredited massage therapy program (August 2009). Allie studied Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Pathology, Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point therapy as part of her initial training. Since then she continues to study with additional courses and specialty classes including Asian Fusion Foot Massage [Orlando, Florida] and Thai Yoga Massage [Miami Beach, Florida]
Allie began her career working in a fast paced Chiropractic Office, accumulating a lot of experience for pain management. She also worked in a Spa atmosphere for over a year, where stress relief and relaxation massage helped many clients. Inspired by her son Justice James who was born in February 2012, she is studying to become a Massage Doula by attending the “Institute of Somatic Therapy” for the certification of Prenatal Massage, Labor & Birth Massage, Postpartum Massage, Infant Massage and Fertility Massage. Currently, Allie is in the process of completing the hands-on experience.
Allie loves to spend time with her family. Her goals include helping people maintain great health, and to take each client into their own personal oasis.
Kim Kent, LMT

Kim is a graduate of the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy and the Kansas College of Chinese Medicine, with over 13 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She is a member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association. Prior to joining Massage Therapy Connections, Kim worked at Massage Heights-University Parkway from 2009 to 2012. She has also worked with several Chiropractors in the past, helping her patients achieve maximum benefits.
Kim’s modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Sports Massage. Along with her regular patients, she works with the Pro Golfers of the PGA Web.com Tour (formally the PGA Nationwide Tour) every year for the past 10 years.
Kim is originally from Wichita, Kansas, and moved to Florida permanently in 2006. Kim’s massage practice is based on the belief that her patient’s needs are of the utmost importance, and as a result, a high percentage of her business is from repeat clients and referrals.
Susan Klein, LMT

Susan has been a licensed massage therapist for six years, having graduated from Manatee Technical Institute in both massage therapy and dental assisting. She has had training in Swi-Thai Massage, Body Massage Cupping and Face Lift Cupping, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone Massage. Susan is very active in the local chapter of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association, serving as the Hospitality Chairperson for the past three years. She is also a member of the Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals organization.
After working in many different health-oriented professions, including as a CNA at Manatee Hospital and the Med-plex Rehab Center and as an assisted living counselor at Easter Seals, Susan found her true passion with massage therapy. As a young girl, Susan remembers rubbing her mom's tired feet from a long day of waitressing and loves the healing powers of massage therapy that she discovered even back then!
Elaine Dohms, CLT-LANA, LMT

A longtime resident of Lakewood Ranch area, Elaine brings new specialties to our community. Nationally certified as a Lymphedema Therapist, she works with her patients to develop an individual plan of care that supports their needs. She uses the natural, yet effective components of the gold-standard approach to reduce the chronic effects of Lymphedema called “Complete Decongestive Therapy”.
When she isn’t busy seeing clients, she co- teaches Oncology Massage and is the facilitator for the monthly Lymphedema Network Meetings at the Center for Building Hope.
Elaine worked in healthcare administration for many years and decided to change her pathway to a more fulfilling career. A graduate of the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy, she continued to refine her skills and education while working at a physician integrative medical clinic for several years.
As a result of her medical environment, she has developed a comprehensive and experienced approach to helping her clients reduce their pain levels associated with chronic and acute conditions.
She is trained in CranioSacral Therapy, Oncology Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Chinese Meridian Therapy; she is a Clinical Master Aromatherapist, Reiki Master/Teacher/Practitioner, Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
Elaine uses all of her training and skills to individually design an effective healing plan for her clients.
Patty Spatz, LMT

Patty is a graduate of Sarasota School of Massage Therapy and a member of Florida State Massage Therapy Association. She is passionate about the natural approach to wellness and healing.
Her specialties include Face Lifting Massage, Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Medical and Swedish Massage as well as Face, Neck & Cranium Headache Relief, and Ayurvedic Hand and Foot Massage.
Patty's studies include Medical Massage under Dr. Ross Turchaninov (The Science of Massage Institute) and Neuromuscular Massage, The Jim Cain Method. Patty is also a certified Bellanina Facelift Massage Specialist and believes this treatment is the most natural and relaxing approach to a youthful appearance. She is dedicated to continuing her education to better help others on their path to healthier living.
She is originally from New York where she earned a teaching degree before moving to Cape Cod and then to Florida 10 years ago. Some of her Florida teaching experiences include Healthy Food Prep, Eating and Lifestyle classes at the Ritz Carlton, St. Stephan's School and Manatee Community College.

Mary Ann has been practicing massage since 2009 after graduating from the Wellness and Massage Training Institute in Illinois. She began practicing in Florida in 2010. She specializes in deep tissue, but is happy to customize your treatment based on your individual needs incorporating elements of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point massage. In addition, she is certified in Neuromuscular Massage, Zone Reflexology and Bamboofusion®. She previously worked at Edin Salon and Spa in University Park and Advanced Body and Skin Care Day Spa in Bradenton.
Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist, Mary Ann was an analytical chemist and laboratory manager in the pharmaceutical, personal care and nutritional supplement industries. Mary Ann strongly believes that massage heals on many levels and loves being a therapist! She also believes there is no better job than being able to help people feel better on a daily basis.
Mary Ann is also a Registered Facial Specialist (Skincare Therapist). She is a Certified Member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and Professional member of Associated Skin Care Professionals(ASCP).
Bethany Springer, LMT

Bethany is a graduate of East Carolina University and studied massage therapy at the Manatee Technical Institute. She arrived at the massage profession through a rather circuitous route!
After early retirement from Delta Air Lines, Bethany felt a restlessness to explore another path for her life. Initially massage therapy seemed like a logical choice for a career change but it quickly became a passion. Four years later, it remains so.
Bethany's first love is Swedish Massage, but she is also adept at Deep Tissue and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She is licensed not only as a Massage Therapist, but also as an Esthetician and Facial Specialist. Bethany believes that massage is crucial, not only for wellness of the body but also for enhanced emotional well being. Her goal is to have her clients leave their sessions relaxed, refreshed, and optimistic about their future!
Bethany and her husband, Jim, live in Bradenton and enjoy spending time with their family.
Hannah has lived in the Sarasota/Bradenton area for over 15 years and loves the beaches and Florida's wonderful winter weather. She is passionate about her Massage Therapy career, and is eager to learn and grow. Like all MTC therapists, she is dedicated to furthering her education and has already made plans to attend courses for certification in the Lightworkers Healing Method (energy work), Neuromuscular Massage, and Activated Isolated Stretching.
Before joining the MTC team, Hannah has been providing massage therapy at a Chiropractic office. She enjoys having a variety of massage service options for her clients at MTC.
